- Project YMCA image by personal adherence to all policies.
- Assist Patrons with information on hours of operation, rules, special events, rental information, etc..
- Adhere to and collect all set admission and concessions fees.
- Accurately complete daily inventory reports.
- Run reports as requested /needed.
- Receipt money, make daily deposits, open & close shifts in register software.
- Interpret and administer all policies established by the YMCA and City of Bartlesville, to all patrons, employees, etc.
- Deal with emergency situations alongside Lifeguard staff as they arise using all proper, trained skills.
- Deal with upset patrons in a respectful, understanding manner
- Maintain a safe environment in all patron areas, including pool deck, Water slides, locker rooms, etc.
- 14 years of age.
- Excellent skills in customer service and interactions with others.
- Experience working with computer software programs.
- Experience handling cash.
- 16 years of age
- Experience in a customer service setting
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid/O2 Certification.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish

JOB TITLE: Summer Pool Concessions

JOB PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the summer pool staff will administer all functions related to the Bartlesville city pools (Frontier and/or Sooner) concessions and pool entry. They will have a direct focus on serving our community members through great customer service. The summer pool staff at The Richard Kane YMCA creates a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
