~214 hospital beds
~7 on / 7 off block schedule; 12-hour shifts
~ ADE is 19-20/day
~ No more than 3 admissions/day
~ Open ICU-Hospitalists admit to ICU, but do not continue care for patients in ICU
~ No procedures required, intensivists onsite
~
EMR:
Meditech but will be switching over to EPIC 1-2 years
~ Staffing Model:
~ Day: 7 Physicians (7a-7p)
~ TeleHealth as a backup during any surge
~ Night: 1 Physician & 1 NPPA (7p-7a)
