    Radiology Tech – Aitkin, MN

    Direct Hire | Full-Time | Nights

    Position Overview

    • Permanent, full-time role
    • 36 hours per week
    • Night shift (sunday - thursday, 11:30p- 730am)
    • $7500 sign on bonus

    Shift Details

    • Hours are 11:30pm - 7:30am
    • must be able to be on call 

    Compensation & Incentives

    • Salary range: $62,400 - $83,200
    • $7500 sign on bonus

    Key Responsibilities


    •    Prepare patients for exams, ensuring awareness of their needs.

    •    Maintain proficiency in all radiology procedures.

    •    Stay updated on the latest radiology technology.

    •    Schedule patients in accordance with department policies.

    •    Foster effective communication with radiologists, supervisors, co-workers, and other staff.

    •    Follow proper patient transport and lifting protocols.

    •    Select and apply appropriate exposure factors for imaging.

    Requirements

        Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college, technical school.

    •    Canon/Toshiba CT experience preferred.
    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

    •    ARRT Registration (American Registry of Radiological Technologist).

    •    Must be registered or registry-eligible with the ARRT (M) in Mammography, if performing mammography duties.

    •    BLS certification within 90 days of hire date.
