    Job Description

    Motiff Shop is looking for a qualified intern to join our Corporate Functions team. We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs for our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs. The internship will provide the opportunity to learn about Corporate Functions and Information Technology. You will work on projects that will give you hands-on experience with IT tools, project management methodology, business analysis, quality assurance and change management. The opportunity will allow you to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills in a business environment.

    Working Conditions

    Work is performed in a home office setting with no unusual hazards. Work is 100% remote and intern will be expected to work standard office hours, 7-3:30pm CST for 6 months.

    Responsibilities
    • Gain valuable experience through a wide variety of work assignments
    • Manage report requests and ensure validity of reporting results
    • Acquire and maintain expertise in systems, processes and security to enable accurate reporting
    • Act as centralized resource to compile all organizational development requests
    • Conduct administrative tasks for CXO as needed
    • Appreciate what diversity means for your groups and proactively support Employee Resource Groups and diversity initiatives through all parts of the lifecycle
    • Drive engagement and communications by partnering with leaders and managers and collaborating with internal communications and remote work intranets.
    • Develop a high level of business knowledge and strong partnership with interns and managers
    • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness for areas under audit
    Qualifications

    Requirements
    • Unpaid internship ($1700 monthly stipend + work experience)
    • Must complete Certification in Corporate Process Management
    • Final year student or recent graduate
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
    • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
