The primary function of a Learning Facilitator is to support the classroom teacher(s) by providing high quality instruction to students.
+Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- Associate's Degree, passage of CBEST, or 48 college credits (accredited university), required
Responsibilities
- Duties may include but are not limited to supporting classroom systems and procedures for small group and individual learning managing student behavior when working in small groups assisting students with their work operating equipment instructional materials used in the classroom tracking critical student information maintaining accurate student records identifying unique student needs collaborating with staff implementing solutions for learning challenges performing routine clerical duties setting up work areas displays exhibits operating audio-visual equipment distributing collecting paper supplies overseeing student activities assists in observing controlling student behavior maintaining clean orderly learning environment general school supervision as needed requested actively participates professional development activities demonstrates knowledge Ingenium Schools mission vision value statements standards policies procedures confidentiality standards Code Conduct actively participate recruitment including attending recruitment events orientations community representation within schools competency guidelines listed below.
