Job Description

Process in-coming calls and emails with clients to provide the requested service, survey, installation and manufacturing as needed
Enter all new projects in project management software and maintain updates as needed for each project as well as note job completion updates
Write up new work orders, attach proper paperwork, and send to appropriate department
Review all new projects for any missing information needed to move forward in permitting, production, and installation
Perform/request code checks on each project to determine permits/ARC approvals as needed
Receive drawings, contracts, and estimates for each project from sales rep and review them for accuracy and consistency
Assist in preparing and sending quotes to clients
Work with landlords, customers, architects, and general contractors to obtain design approvals
Work with general contractors in order to get proper land surveys, site plans, site construction drawings, and other necessary information needed for the permit and installation process
Work with graphic designer and engineer to confirm drawings have all the necessary information needed for permitting
Request engineering when needed and make sure the information is on WO
Coordinate, negotiate, and motivate outside vendors and subcontractors in support of timeline and project deliverable
