Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Cardiac Rehab RN to join our team. As our Cardiac Rehab RN you will be responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation of care.
+Responsibilities
- You will administer medication and treatments as prescribed or authorized by a duly licensed practitioner authorized by the laws of this state to prescribe such medications and treatments.
- You will perform assessment and reassessment of the patient's physical condition and nursing needs; develop, implement and communicate patient's Plan of Care with patient.
