The Operations Associate is responsible for performing daily activities required to operate the Rink facility including customer service cash handling and skate guard during public sessions.Responsibilities
The Operations Associate will perform various tasks including communicating rink program information to Guests operating the Point of Sale system efficiently accurately performing daily cash-handling activities coordinating locker room check-in and check-out procedures greeting and assisting Guests throughout the facility answering telephone calls in a cheerful courteous timely manner distributing skates assisting Guests in proper skate size selection managing customer flow collecting inspecting properly storing skates sharpening/maintaining rental skates for quality performance/presentation demonstrating a thorough knowledge of menu items recipes prices for Snack Bar operation efficiently accurately performing daily cash-handling activities skillfully operating food beverage equipment machines preparing product proficiently managing customer flow monitoring activity on rink surfaces removing debris from rick surface safeguarding public sessions ensuring exemplary Guest experience safety by monitoring activity on rick surfaces maintaining encouraging attentive demeanor throughout session monitoring safety of skaters providing outstanding customer service during events setting up decorating party room prior to guest's arrival setting up appropriate facility signage maintaining positive attentive demeanor throughout event providing services as required for special events tournaments competitions adhering to all Rinks policies procedures.Job description
