- Documentation of detailed sequential work instruction and development of method sheets.
- Preparation of diagrams, graphs and charts to illustrate routing, work flow, floor layouts and procedure of material handling and use of machine.
- Studying the steps and time taken by the workers and identifying efficiency of each role.
- Observe the workers while using the equipment to know whether it is maintained and also if it works appropriately.
- Use time devices (such as stop watch or video camera) to determine Labor Times and Machine Standard Times.
- Assessing data and draft reports and graphs to indicate or validate deviations from existing operations and standards.
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Exceptional technical skills, analytical ability, judgment, and strong operational focus
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Either knowledge of 2D drawing in AutoCAD or willingness to learn to make 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
- Minimum of 0 - 2 years' experience in manufacturing
- Associate Degree in Engineering or related field; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
