    GENERAL DESCRIPTION
    Assist in collecting information and documenting processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing operations.


    • Documentation of detailed sequential work instruction and development of method sheets.
    • Preparation of diagrams, graphs and charts to illustrate routing, work flow, floor layouts and procedure of material handling and use of machine.
    • Studying the steps and time taken by the workers and identifying efficiency of each role.
    • Observe the workers while using the equipment to know whether it is maintained and also if it works appropriately.
    • Use time devices (such as stop watch or video camera) to determine Labor Times and Machine Standard Times.
    • Assessing data and draft reports and graphs to indicate or validate deviations from existing operations and standards.
    WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


    • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft office
    • Exceptional technical skills, analytical ability, judgment, and strong operational focus
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Either knowledge of 2D drawing in AutoCAD or willingness to learn to make 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
    • Minimum of 0 - 2 years' experience in manufacturing
    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


    • Associate Degree in Engineering or related field; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
