    *Position Overview*The AR Payment Entry Specialist plays an important role in the AR department by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer payments. The Specialist will be responsible for handling various payment methods and documenting all transactions efficiently.

    *Responsibilities*· Process the daily Lockbox deposits for HSP US

    • Post to Agility, all incoming ACH & Wire payments for HSP East
    • Post to Agility and deposit all incoming check payments for HSP East
    • Scan all supporting documents into Sharepoint so all AR team members have access to payment documents
    • Identify discrepancies when posting payments, make notes in the customer account, and send an email alert to proper AR clerk to resolve the issue
    *Qualifications*· Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a related financial role

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
    *Experience*· 2 years or more experience in a similar role is preferred

    • Certificate or degree in accounting preferred
    *Reporting Relationships*This role reports to the HSP East AR Manager
