- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement intervention strategies.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input to support student success.
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding mental health and behavioral issues.
- Active licensure and certification in Connecticut as a School Psychologist.
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
