Education: Providing cell phone-free programs for schools and educational institutions.
Live Events: Hosting phone-free shows for top artists in music and comedy.

Role Overview:

We seek a highly skilled K-12 Sales Manager focused on the Southern US States to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will shape our sales team through effective management and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Hit aggressive sales targets and lead a sales team to achieve revenue growth.
Mentor and train sales professionals to enhance their skills and performance.
Implement best practices for pipeline management, sales forecasting, and territory planning.
Work with sales teams in the field to provide coaching and training.
Attend industry trade shows to identify emerging opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Partner Success teams.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing a field sales team within the K-12 education space (grades 6-12 preferred).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with the K-12 U.S. education market - specifically middle and high schools.
Strong understanding of solution selling and procurement processes.
Results-oriented professional with a passion for making a positive impact in education.

Desirable Qualifications:

Expertise in Education Sales for Grades 6-12.
Master's degree.

Location: This role requires living near a major airport with frequent travel requirements.
