Job summary
This role leads the organization-wide infection prevention and employee health programs ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards The RN conducts regular rounding surveillance data analysis and reporting to identify risks investigate infections and drive corrective actions across hospital clinic and care center settings Collaboration is central working closely with leadership frontline staff Human Resources providers and external agencies to support safe practices education and timely reporting The position also oversees employee health wellness initiatives and the full workers compensation process balancing clinical judgment with administrative precision confidentiality Work is structured yet dynamic requiring strong prioritization clear communication confident decision-making in complex or high-stakes situations

- Strong clinical nursing judgment Organized analytical problem solver Clear confident communicator Approachable educator collaborator Discreet sensitive information We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can be responsible for championing employee health wellness in a vital nursing role This includes leading our organization wide infection prevention program as well as overseeing all aspects of employee health including wellbeing initiatives As an experienced nurse you will conduct rounds use data analysis to inform your decisions collaborate with other departments such as HR operations management etc. Your work will have a significant impact on maintaining patient safety quality outcomes productivity absenteeism turnover etc.
