Job summary
The Implementation Consultant works directly with clients to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Kahua's platform. This role is responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring solutions, delivering training,and providing ongoing support to maximize customer satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities
- Possesses extensive knowledge and experience with learning solutions,
instructional design, needs assessment, and principles of adult learning - Demonstrates consulting and relationship building skills with a strong orientation to customer service
and the ability to work with diverse populations - Applies effective project management,multitasking,critical thinking,and sound judgment to independently research,
assess complex needs,troubleshoot performance or process issues,and deliver recommendations - Ccommunicates effectively both verbally and in writing;functions independently
and as a team member to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining confidentiality
