- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
- Oversee new employee onboarding, I-9 and E-Verification and filing background check authorization confirmation Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates Maintain accurate employee records Ensure accuracy compliance Generate reports metrics data audits Assist with benefits performance reviews training tracking Respond to routine inquiries Participate projects process improvement Monitor budgets code receipts invoices Salary reviews All other duties assigned Responsibilities include creating positive fun working environment coordinating events celebration days community service networking opportunities company-wide training programs workshops leadership development initiatives Assist annual salary reviews
