    Summary: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to ensuring equipment operates efficiently. The role involves performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and making repairs to keep our industrial machinery running smoothly.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
    • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement timely repairs.
    • Install and set up new machinery as needed.
    • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure equipment meets production needs.
    • Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
    • Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and techniques.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
    • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical manuals.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls when necessary.
