Director- Outpatient Services - Harlingen

Job summary
The Director of the Outpatient Services provides leadership and strategic planning of the outpatient programs offered at the facility including direction management and supervision of day-to-day operations of the clinical programming and clinical staff for partial hospitalization intensive outpatient program ensuring programs meet client needs facility performance goals objectives and regulatory standards.- Provides initial treatment planning for client based on assessment and coordinates any additional services needed and revises as necessary.
- Develops plans implements program goals objectives staff resources equipment ensures that all clinical programming staffing documentation is in accordance with facility policies procedures regulatory agencies.
