    As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness of our rooms and ensure the overall upkeep of the hotel, all while fostering a positive work environment for the housekeeping team. This role requires strong coordination skills and a resilient attitude.

    The Housekeeping Supervisor is highly visible, continuously inspecting rooms and providing assistance as needed while collaborating closely with the entire hotel team. We believe that enjoying your work is essential, and we are seeking an individual who is genuinely passionate about Housekeeping.

    To give you a clearer picture of your role within our esteemed organization, here are some essential duties you will be handling. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and you may be assigned additional tasks by your supervisors as we strive to deliver exceptional customer service to our guests:

    • Maintaining exceptional quality standards for hotel rooms, public areas, food & beverage outlets, and back-of-house operations
    • Collaborating closely with the Assistant Director of Housekeeping and Front Office team to ensure all guest preferences are met. We prioritize exceeding expectations and putting guests first.
    • Conducting thorough training sessions regularly - be prepared for lots of training opportunities!
    • Managing finances effectively by adhering to budgetary guidelines, aiming for efficient scheduling.
    • Embracing adaptability, ambiguity, and innovation to enhance the guest experience.
    • Prioritizing enjoyment at work - while housekeeping can be challenging, we encourage our staff to work diligently and enjoy their tasks.
    • Prioritizing the safety and security of guests and team members by following all safety protocols and providing necessary training in relevant areas.
