    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Position Title: VP, Corporate Marketing

    Location: Remote - US (preference for eastern US)

    The Vice President of Corporate Marketing is responsible for elevating the Quadient brand to drive customer and business value.

    The Vice President of Corporate Marketing oversees marketing teams across North America, Europe, and APAC and defines the overall brand strategy and positioning for Quadient.

    Reporting to the CMO, the VP of Corporate Marketing is responsible for creating the vision for our digital presence and developing strategies, design, and initiatives to bring Quadient's brand to life on creative and digital channels

    Responsibilities

  • Strategic thinker who will guide and direct the teams work and help to prioritize workload and projects.
  • Set vision and drive concepts and strategies for overall Brand strategy and Quadient value proposition.
  • Excel at guiding the brand's digital creative direction, partnering with internal and external teams to build the vision of the Quadient brand.
  • Develop and evolve messaging framework for Quadient.
  • Develop content architecture and content strategy across the entire funnel.
  • Own content roadmap and production as well content creation process across Quadient.
  • Own website and digital property strategy across all sites and regions. Align digital properties to customer journey stages, define core KPIs and maximize performance of each property.
  • Responsible for external communications and PR across all regions and solutions, as well as support of ExCom PR engagements.
  • Develop and implement Quadient Thought leadership strategy in alignment with our overall value proposition.
  • Critical visionary for digital within the brand's senior leadership, as well as across stakeholder groups within creative, digital marketing, consumer engagement and product marketing and will drive executional excellence across all digital projects.
  • Lead a diverse and talented team across creative, web, content, digital and brand communications.
  • Able to establish strategic creative solutions and to develop a holistic consumer journey across multiple platforms.
  • In addition to managing a direct team, will also manage freelance support, outside agencies.
  • Drive strategy and execution across all of our priority projects including but not limited to: global design and optimizations, ecommerce initiatives, digital programs, organic and social content.
  • Must be dedicated to operational excellence through process, workflow and design system thinking with global scale in mind.
  • Responsible for governance and support of our regional digital creative teams to ensure consistency of the brand vision from a global perspective.
  • Functionally, will be a master in the Adobe creative suite, with curiosity for the newest technologies in market to continually uplevel the team's skillset.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 15 years related experience leading an in-house brand creative team.
  • Ability to be a "player-coach" - a strong creative leader to guide the work of the team but also can jump in and execute on projects that require a higher level of strategic thinking.
  • Experience managing cross- discipline teams with superior leadership skills with ability to grow, build, retain, and manage a talented team of creative directors, content creators, designers, etc.
  • Ability to initiate and drive high priority business and digital initiatives forward to benefit the brand, leveraging their management, leadership and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong desire to inspire creativity, innovative thinking, strong marketing concepts and solutions across team and senior leadership
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under extremely tight turnaround deadlines.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, delegate work effectively and prioritize workload across the team.
  • Ability to present, communicate and collaborate with senior level stakeholders across organization and ELT.
  • This position has an hourly pay range of:

    $107.69-$161.54

Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
