    Providing leadership and guidance to a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives.
    We're seeking candidates for the Client Service Representative role who possess:
    A minimum of a high school diploma.

    At least one year of experience in Customer Service Representative roles or related hospitality positions such as retail or restaurants.

    The ability to apply and articulate product or service knowledge effectively.
    A commitment to continuous learning and training to elevate hospitality skills and enhance customer experiences.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and an outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping others.
    A drive to expand in-person hospitality skills to foster deeper connections.
    Excellent communication skills.
