    Shift Timings: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST) (M-F)

    Job Description:
    • Work with Portfolio Director to build and execute work plans for various short to mid-term supply chain optimization projects in the areas of warehouse automation, customer supply chain optimization, and network capacity optimization.
    • Facilitate project planning for Supply Chain Transformation Workstreams Collaborate with Sr. Managers & cross-functional Business Leads/Project Managers to define Workstream objectives & scope.
    • Leverage the PM tool to document detailed work plans which identify processes, sequences, dependencies, and resources to deliver Workstream objectives.
    • Manage the daily progress of multiple workstreams and partner with cross-functional Business Leads/projects.
    • Managers to drive project execution.
    • Facilitate weekly Workstream huddles using the PM tool to monitor cross-functional team progress.
    • Collaborate with Business Lead to actively identify risks and create mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure completeness and accuracy of the action log and ensure key decisions are being made or escalated to Senior Manager or Business Sponsor.
    • Actively monitor Workstream health and partner with Senior Manager to make recommendations for adjustments of people, processes, and methods as necessary.
    • Develop Workstream level updates and presentations to communicate approaches, priorities, and progress, and highlight key decisions/risks to Business Sponsors and Functional Leaders.
    PM Tool required :
    • Smartsheets - will train.
    Skills & Experience:
    • 5 years of Project Management experience.
    • Collaborative team player who can synthesize feedback and direction from multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong skills in project planning, process design, and project management.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and meeting deadlines.
    • The emphasis on inbound supply chain procures to pay process/mergers and acquisitions.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experienced in Microsoft: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams (most important).
    • Someone to drive group leads to project completion, staying on budget, and general PM work.
