We have an opening for a Medical Transcriptionist at Maimonides Health. The successful candidate will document patient encounters in real-time to improve quality of care.+
Responsibilities
* Documenting patient history physically exam treatment plan into electronic medical record* Communication with provider ensuring all information correct complete* Clerical tasks as needed chart prep before patient appointments+
Qualifications
* High School diploma GED required* 2+ years experience as medical secretary scribe transcriptionist preferred* Excellent English written verbal skills* Ability work efficiently fast-paced environmentJob description
