+Meet group coordinator/host prior to functions make introductions and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable+Read analyze banquet event order in order to gather guest information determine proper set up timeline specific guest needs buffets action stations etc+Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements,+Follow all company and safety and security policies procedures report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager complete safety training certifications+Ensure uniform personal appearance are clean professional maintain confidentiality of proprietary information protect company assets+,Responsibilities
+Welcome acknowledge all guests according to company standards anticipate address guests service needs thank guests with genuine appreciation Speak with others using clear professional language answer telephones using appropriate etiquette Develop maintain positive working relationships with others support team reach common goals Ensure adherence quality expectations standards Read visually verify information variety formats e.g small print Visually inspect tools equipment machines e.g identify defects Stand sit or walk extended period time or entire work shift Move lift carry push pull place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance Move through narrow confined elevated spaces Move over sloping uneven slippery surfaces as well as up down stairs servic ramps Reach overhead below knees including bending twisting pulling stooping Perform other reasonable job duties requested Supervisors+- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior functions make introductions ensure that all arrangements agreeable
