- Provide a comfortable environment for our guests.
- Function as an ambassador for the MotorCity Casino Hotel.
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths and floor.
- Set up tables.
- Offer and provide all guests with non-alcoholic beverages as necessary.
- Smile and thank guests as they depart.
- Maintain impeccable appearance.
- Must have a strong desire to develop repeat clientele by consistently providing great guest service.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Able to lift trays and move tables and chairs as needed.
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Ability to work under time pressure with a positive attitude.
- Must be a team player.
