    Description


    RoofCrafters Roofing LLC, is looking for a Rockstar Estimator to join our teamThe role of the Estimator is to obtain leads and convert them to clients through our four step proven process.

    Perform the roof estimate, provide several options to the customer via our Better, Best, Basic pricing strategy. Build strong relationships with customers by excellent communication, follow up and follow through.


    Responsibilities:


    Perform Estimates for Roof Replacement with intention of obtaining the SaleBuild rapport and trust with clientsBuild and maintain relationships with various Professional Partners for Networking purposesEnsure ALL missed calls/messages are returned the same dayConvert Leads to Prospects via the Estimate provided to the ClientCompany-provided leads will be provided based on performance and as availableEnter relevant Lead information into CRM, including notes and ensure the appropriate people are taggedResearch specialty items and source prior to estimateProvide roofing, color, style and payment options to the ProspectEnsure that the customer has an Exceptional Customer ExperienceFollow up with customers when necessaryNotify Management of any issues or concerns communicated to you by customers or that are identified by other meansPrepare Postcards and Letters as assigned for Mailing Campaign (marketing)Execute Marketing Strategies set forth by Team Lead and Director of Sales; develop your own strategies and partner with Team Lead for approvalJurisdiction Permit requirements and understandingPrepare and execute daily Sales Plan.

    Grow Market Share; Maximize Territory PerformanceOngoing education on ALL roofing systems, installation requirements, current trends, color and style options to stay up to date on current market and industry trends as well as product availabilityStay current on materials pricing and availability due to constantly changing market conditionsAccurate, clear and concise completion of Contract Details; Legal DocumentsDevelop a process and routine of your own that will best work for your work style and meets the SOPsAttend weekly meetings and other scheduled meetingsBenefits:

    At least 2 years of Sales experience in any field, construction, or industrial sales is a plusMust be able to NetworkExcellent Customer Service skillsDesire to ensure Customer SatisfactionMust know how to manage a calendarProfessionalismLove of ConversationExcellent Grammar; Verbal and WrittenStrong negotiation skillsMust be able to confidently navigate basic computer programsProven AccuracyTenacious drive to sellMathematics skills are essentialSales tracking and analyzation skillsCompetitive Desire to be your best; continued improvement where neededPhysically Climbing ladders and walking roofs daily; confined spaces in attics as requiredAbility to utilize a CRM; manage and monitor jobsStrong emphasis on SafetyAbility to work with others including interdepartmentally; team orientedOrganized and detail orientedStrong work ethic and positive attitudeProficient in Microsoft Office and general emailingRegular and reliable attendanceAbility to self-manage and work independently with minimal supervisionAligned with our R.O.O.F.
