    As an Outreach Coordinator for our esteemed homecare organization, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within the community, forging strong relationships with potential clients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

    You will be the face of our organization, advocating for our services and ensuring that individuals in need of homecare support are aware of and have access to our exceptional care solutions.


    Responsibilities:

    Community Engagement: Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness of our homecare services within the community.

    Networking: Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and social workers, to generate referrals.

    Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to engage potential clients and their families through presentations, workshops, health fairs, and other community events.

    Education and Training: Provide educational materials and resources to individuals and organizations regarding our homecare services, eligibility criteria, and benefits.

    Follow-up: Coordinate follow-up activities with potential clients and referral sources to ensure seamless transition to our services.

    Data Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions, and referral sources using our CRM system.

    Qualifications:
