    Summary You will serve as a PRODUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM MANAGER in the Production Training and Administrative Division of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

    Duty location of this position is in NAVAL BASE, GUAM UIC 6697H Responsibilities You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinates for production training program work.

    You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work.

    You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the strategic direction, implementation and alignment of Detachment Guam production training program initiatives.

    You will manage training resources, coordinate with project managers and support organization to identify and analyze performance, schedule, and quality indicators.

    You will deliver briefings and presentations to a variety of audiences, to include Project Managers and Command leadership.

    Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.


    Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

    managing and overseeing technical production work practices and project accomplishment within a Shipyard industrial organization; and developing and overseeing the strategic direction, implementation and alignment of production training program initiatives.

    Tour of duty will be 24 Months. Military Spouse Preference applicants will be placed at the highest grade for which they have applied and are determined Best Qualified (BQ).
