What the

Senior Civil Engineer Will Do:
Forge and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of our operations.

Actively seek and secure project opportunities, contributing to our firm's growth and market

Lead teams in executing large-scale transportation projects, employing methods like Design-Build. Your projects will encompass highways, transit, railways, and civil site works.

Promote a culture of respect and collaboration, focusing on individual professional development and fostering a positive team environment.

Collaborate with group leaders to formulate and execute a growth strategy, including action plans and financial objectives.

Qualifications of the

Senior Civil Engineer:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in transportation project management, emphasizing both preliminary and final design phases. Prior Design-Build project involvement is a plus.

Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota or eligible for licensure within six months of employment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational, technical, and analytical abilities.

Proven expertise in team leadership and staff development.

Proficiency in project management tools such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D,

MicroStation/Geopak,

or Open Roads Designer.
