- Guarantee compliance with all government regulatory requirements across the contracting and program life cycle, with particular emphasis on the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
- Develop and maintain key industry partnerships to garner best practices and influence emerging procedures and policies.
- Expert working knowledge of DISS, e-APP, NBIS, SWFT, and NISS.
- Execute personnel security actions with little to no supervision for employees across multiple entities; ownership and proper execution of assigned functional tasks.
- Develop and implement personnel security (PERSEC) policy and procedures, and security education across the business.
- Ability to develop and implement internal function auditing systems, utilization of lean principles.
- Review and maintain DD254's (prime and sub), work with program management to issue sub DD254 to suppliers and/or vendors as required.
- Closely interact with program management, internal contracting team, and broader security team.
- Provide a safe and secure workplace for the employees, contractors, visitors, and suppliers
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years industrial security experience) + a minimum of 3 years industrial security experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the National Industrial Security Program, government compliance, or Department of Defense setting.
- Must possess an active Secret clearance
- Working knowledge of DISS, NBIS, SWFT Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills
