    Description
    Seeking an experienced accounting team member for our National Office located in Addison, TX.

    Applicants must provide a cover letter when applying and answer questions attached to the posting to be considered.


    Responsibilities:
    Monitor and process transactions (sales, customer payments, invoices, credit cards, general ledger, etc.)

    Reconciliation of various reports and accounts

    General office duties (answering the telephone, electronic filing, checking mail, bank runs, office errands, etc.)

    Provide administrative support to multiple locations in a fast paced environment to support overall company goals and objectives

    Assist other National Office team members as needed

    Other duties as assigned by the Controller


    Requirements:
    Must have at least 1 year experience with QuickBooks ( Desktop version ) AP, deposits, reconciliations, entering credit card charges

    Must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel using pivot tables and advanced sorting/formatting

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Possess strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines

    Able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization

    Able to work in a high paced environment and provide excellent customer service

    Be comfortable working both independently and in a group setting
