    Position Description If you love high profile and challenging programing projects supporting the US Navy- Serco has a great opportunity for you This Systems Analyst will be on a dynamic team, developing training direction and developing related supporting Sailors in multiple global locations and roles
    You will be based out of San Diego, CA
    Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense and safety of our Sailors
    Serco supports the US Navy and NAVWAR developing and delivering training products for US Navy C4I systems
    Our team maintains and manages the training programs and directives ensuring the safety of the Sailors and to allowing them to perform their missions successfully
    You will be part of a 3-member team working closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems

    In this role you will:

    • Design, develop, route, and support the approval of program training documents such as the following: Front End Analysis (FEA), Training Requirements Plan (TRP), Navy Training Systems Plan (NTSP), Navy Training Plan (NTP), Human Systems Integration (HSI) Plans, and Training System Installation Plan (TSIP)
    • Under general supervision, involved with developing technical courses to meet training needs and delivering training to end-users
    • Conducts training needs assessment, data interpretation, consolidation, and visualizations
    Maintain up-to-date technical resource library Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have:


    • An Active Secret clearance
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • U.S
    Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) and 5 years of experience in Navy Training delivery and assessment; Fleet/TYCOM Support may be substituted for a bachelor's degree


    • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Ability to travel 10% Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience applying DoD training practices and processes and Fleet training development and management tools such as: Content Planning Module (CPM) / Learning Object Module (LOM), Human Analysis Requirements Planning System (HARPS), Fleet Training Management Planning System (FLTMPS), Corporate Enterprise and Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Planning, Analysis, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (PADDIE)
    • Experience applying DoD, OPNAV, SECNAV, and Naval Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) regulations and policies affecting training development and implementation, training course conduct and training assessment
    • Knowledge of the US Navy IT rating a plus
    • Knowledge of FLTMPS, CANTRAC, eNTRS, and MS Office 365 applications including SharePoint In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $ 81, $ 131,873.27 ; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills
