    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Warehouse basic pick & pack all light items for a popular clothing company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Using a scanner
    • Meet UPH requirements
    • Meet Attendance requirements
    • Working in different departments

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Standing for your entire shift
    • Using time clocks to clock in and out

    LOCATION RULES:

    • No cell phone use on the floor and while clocked in for your shift. This includes listening to music.
    • No posting of any photos of the FN Logistics facility on any social media platforms.
    • Must adhere to Attendance policy including breaks, lunches & Shift huddles
    • Must consistently meet/exceed performance standards
    • Follow CDC-recommended COVID guidelines
    • Follow all safety guidelines
    • Smoke/Vape-Free facility
    • Must use a clear bag
    • MUST wear your badge while in the warehouse.

    LOCATION INFO:

    • Breakroom: Refrigerators, water dispenser, microwave, vending machines, lockers, and cubies are available.

    ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

    • Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Park in the main parking lot. You enter the warehouse through the front of the warehouse. There is a security guard at the entrance. Security will not allow you to enter if you do not have your badge, clear bag and are in dress code.

    DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE PRIOR APPOINTMENTS DURING WORKING HOURS, AND CAN'T WORK THE EXACT POSTED FULL SCHEDULE. WE ARE POSTED BECAUSE YOU'RE NEEDED. PLEASE SAVE US THE TIME AND ENERGY AND COME TO WORK.

    ***General Requirements***

    When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

    • Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
    • Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
    • Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
    • Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
    • Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
    • Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
    • There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.

    It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
