Job Summary
This position is for a full-time traveling assignment supporting projects across the United States. We are looking for project experience within Aviation/Airports, Data Center, Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences, Healthcare, Industrial/Manufacturing and EV/Battery/Renewables market segments.- Bachelor's degree with a minimum four (4) years of formal superintendent experience and a minimum of six (6) years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience required,
- Knowledge of building construction means and methods scheduling cost control procedures general contract general conditions subcontract documents drawings specifications.
- Demonstrated leadership interpersonal skills.
