Build technology that powers critical missions. At Teledyne Microwave Solutions, we've spent over 50 years designing and manufacturing advanced RF and microwave components for aerospace, defense, and communications. Our products support applications from radar and space to electronic warfare and UAV systems. If you're ready to bring your technical expertise to a team that values precision and innovation, join us as a Test Technician on our Swing Shift.

What you'll do

Tune, align, troubleshoot, and test microwave components and assemblies
Work with frequencies from 500 MHz to 26 GHz (and up to 50 GHz for special products)
Use advanced test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power meters
Perform hands-on work under a microscope using specialized tools and probes
Operate ball bonders, soldering irons, and gap welders as needed
Collaborate with engineers on new product releases and troubleshooting
Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure quality
Maintain accurate test records and recommend improvements

What you need

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail (required)
Proficiency with microwave test equipment and diagnostic tools (required)
Completion of AC/DC theory and basic electronics coursework (required)
Excellent understanding of electronic theory (required)
High school diploma or equivalent experience (required)
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (required)
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance (required)
