Job Description:
EXPERIENCED Estate Planning paralegal, MINIMUM of 10 years paralegal experience with the majority being in estate planning.
MUST be a certified paralegal.
MUST have document preparation experience, knowledge of Wealth Counsel software would be helpful, not mandatory.
EXPERIENCE in drafting trust documents and other advanced estate planning documents.
EXPERIENCE in managing other paralegals or have the ability and desire to manage and lead.
EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills with proven attention to detail.
Present a professional appearance and attitude.
Compensation:
Salary would be commensurate with experience, but a range would be $70K- $90K, with the understanding that at the top end of the range, that candidate would meet or beat 90% of the criteria.
