Summary of Position :
We are looking for an organized, out of the box thinker to join the SFE team. You will oversee and drive activities related to in-unit marketing, growth, and customer engagement for your school district.
You would be responsible for creating marketing strategies that will lead to increased participation, awareness, brand equity, and relevance among students and customers in the Rio Rancho area.
This role will directly support the Rio Rancho Public School District in Rio Rancho, NM.
This role is focused on supporting your district's food service marketing goals in a way that is innovative, creative, and on-trend.

Responsibilities :
Oversee and drive all related activities related to marketing and participation growth for your district
Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company objectives
Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively
Support design and build processes for new cafeterias, administrative cafes and/or outdoor kitchen/seating spaces
Create marketing and promotions calendar to support in-unit growth
Create engaging copy for various marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing campaign performance
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for print advertising and other marketing initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Create marketing strategies that will build the brand, and lead to increased revenue, brand awareness, and relevance
Create and execute game-changing ideas for the K-12 foodservice space
Support corporate marketing efforts
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Minimum 3 years of experience doing at least 4 of the activities above with a proven track record of success
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content
Comfort with a fast paced ever changing environment assisted by directional guidance without a roadmap
A vibrant, fun-loving, no-judgement approach to coming up with ideas
A rigorous, data-driven approach to testing ideas
