The Spencer Thomas Group is excited to partner with a healthy beverage company, who is a vibrant leader in the cold-pressed juice industry, to find their next Director of Compensation, Payroll & Total Rewards.
As a Dayforce expert, you'll be the architect of the organizations compensation philosophy, overseeing all aspects of compensation, payroll, and total rewards – ensuring compliance and driving impactful initiatives that attract and retain top talent.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:8+ years of experience in compensation, payroll, and benefits.
Demonstrated expertise in California employment law and tax, especially payroll-related.
Proven track record of success with Dayforce (Paycom a plus).
A collaborative and results-oriented leadership style.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
