    Description

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is now recruiting for a full-time legal secretary opportunity to assist a fantastic law firm in Tallahassee, Florida. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for this position. You will be responsible for formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence; assisting with discovery, hearings, and trials; calendaring and deadline management; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a pleasure to work with, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Required Experience and Skills:

    • 3+ years of litigation experience, required
    • Insurance defense experience, a huge plus
    • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
    • Superb grammar, communication, and interpersonal skills with a helpful, proactive mindset
    • Understanding of litigation and e-filing procedures
    • Solid organizational and time management skills
    • High accuracy and attention to detail when proofreading and typing

    Pay Details: $48,000.00 to $56,000.00 per year
