Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of cloud services. Responsible for the quality of cloud service software stack, with focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance. Partner with development teams in designing and developing software to detect and expose potential issues in current software implementation. Verify software modifications to improve availability, scalability, and efficiency of cloud service.
