    Starting Pay Rates:
    • Basic machine understanding: $16-$17/hr
    • Some offsets/familiar with machines: $16-$20/hr
    • Programming/Mazak/advanced: $25-$28/hr
    Day and Night shift positions available
    • Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM
    • Night Shift: Sunday night-Friday morning, 10PM-6:30AM

    What You'll Do:
    As a CNC Operator, you will work in a clean, climate-controlled environment utilizing the latest equipment to produce high-precision parts for aerospace and defense applications. Your expertise will contribute directly to the safety and reliability of aircraft used worldwide. Whether you prefer day or night shifts, you'll play a vital role in exciting projects involving exotic alloys and complex machining operations.
    Required Skills:
    • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or Operator
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of CNC machinery
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
    • Basic machine understanding: $16-$17/hr
    • Some offsets/familiarity with machines: $16-$20/hr
    • Programming/Mazak/advanced skills: $25-$28/hr
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
    Nice to Have Skills:
    • Experience with 2-axis to 9-axis CNC machines
    • Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and certifications
    • Experience with CAD/CAM software
    • Troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
    Preferred Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in CNC machining preferred
    • At least 1-3 years of hands-on CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
    Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to work flexible shifts (day or night)
    • Ability to pass any required background checks or certifications
    • Participation in in-house training programs for skill enhancement
