    Home Health RN $15,000 Bonus
    At Residential Home Health and Hospice ('Residential'), we're looking to add to our extraordinary care team.

    Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health registered nurse case managers lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.

    This position supports patients in Arlington Heights, IL and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $15,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year
    Up to 23 paid holiday and personal days off in year one

    Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing

    • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
    • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
