Job summary
This position provides technical support to Goodwill Keystone Area network users. The specialist will assist employees at all locations and provide workstation support including troubleshooting problems, upgrades, software maintenance and security.Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Networks/Communications/Computer Information Systems or relevant field.
- Prior experience with end user computer training including hands-on preferred.
