    This role is critical to shaping a seamless, intelligent, and engaging experience that empowers patients to book appointments, access records, communicate with care teams, and take an active role in their health journey./ppYoull lead product vision, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration with teams across design, engineering, clinical operations, compliance, marketing, and customer success.

    Your work will directly influence how millions engage with cutting-edge digital health technologies and redefine what patient experience means in the 21st century./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliOwn the full product lifecycle of Leap Healths patient applicationfrom discovery through delivery and iteration./liliTranslate vision into actionable strategies, prototypes, roadmaps, and feature sets./liliDesign intuitive, accessible, and highly engaging user experiences that drive retention and satisfaction./liliDevelop clear product requirements and user stories informed by data, research, and cross-functional input./liliLeverage analytics, A/B testing, and feedback loops to continuously optimize product performance./liliEnsure adherence to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, etc.) throughout the development process./liliCollaborate with engineering and stakeholders on backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and timely execution./liliDefine and track success metrics to measure patient outcomes and experience./liliStay ahead of digital health trends and emerging technologies to maintain Leap Healths leadership position./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in healthtech, with a proven track record of building and scaling patient-facing applications./liliDeep understanding of disease management, healthcare workflows, and the clinical + administrative patient journey./liliStrong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills./liliExperience working in regulated healthcare environments and partnering closely with compliance teams./liliPassion for improving lives through technology and a relentless commitment to product excellence./li/ulh3Compensation Benefits/h3ulliSalary range of $110,000-$120,000./liliComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance./lili401(k) with up to 4% employer match./liliCommuter benefits and flexible spending accounts (FSA)./liliGenerous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays./liliHybrid work schedule with a brand-new office in the heart of NYCs Financial District./liliRegular social events, birthday celebrations, and company-sponsored lunches via Grubhub./li/ulpAt CureMD, every role, whether senior or junior, plays a pivotal part in transforming healthcare.
