    Minimum 1+ years physical therapy experience required.

    We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for the school year in Clute, TX. This position offers an immediate start date and the opportunity to work full-time, with part-time options also considered.

    Position: Physical Therapist
    Location: Clute, TX
    Dates: October 2, May 24, 2024
    Hours: Full-time (open to part-time hire)
    Caseload:

    • 36 students
    • Traveling between several schools
    • Direct early childhood
    • Consult high school
    • Transitional monitoring
    • Weekly meetings

    Work Setting: On-site ONLY

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide direct physical therapy services to students across various grade levels and settings, including early childhood, high school, and transitional monitoring.
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' physical development, mobility, and participation in educational activities.
    • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
    • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss student progress, collaborate on intervention strategies, and monitor caseload management.
    • Maintain confidentiality of student information in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
    • Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
