The IT team is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join the Help Desk team.

This group plays a critical role in enabling secure, efficient, and scalable operations across the firm. The team is responsible for managing infrastructure, supporting enterprise applications, and driving technology integration across departments. IT ensures seamless adoption of new technologies, maintains cybersecurity standards, and fosters continuous improvement through innovation and process optimization.

From help desk support to strategic platform planning,
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal users seeking technical assistance via phone or email,
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using the tracking system.
