- Bachelor's in engineering - (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
- The candidate will have a direct impact on accelerating the pace of product and equipment development at. The candidates work will fundamentally to transform the way mechanical engineers create and communicate their work which is essential.
- Work with MEs throughout the organization to uncover knowledge weaknesses from process standpoint in CAD and PLM that require training.
- Proactively seek how to leverage unused software feature to resolve process and methodology flows in the process.
- Generate and maintain a variety of training materials (how-tos, onboarding guides, troubleshooting, etc.) for technical software, business processes, and policies.
- Work with software decision makers to adapt documentation to new feature releases.
- Work with the support team to ensure they have the documentation they need.
- Deliver onsite and remote training for internal organizations.
- Monitor training effectiveness through simple examinations or any other processes.
- Help create and maintain training style guide to ensure all training is uniform in appearance.
