At Regions, the Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining an engaged, operationally sound, and high performing team dedicated to improving the financial wellness of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Leads a small to moderate sized team of branch associates responsible for impacting new revenue generation through identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and perspective about Regions solutions ,
- Educates associates, customers, and surrounding community about best practices to achieve and maintain financial wellness in addition to emerging bank technology and digital solutions such as mobile online ATM offerings all designed make banking easier ,
- Coaches develops branch associates through execution iConnect Region's Sales Service Coaching process with some guidance assigned mentor senior level managers internal support partners ,
- Provides consistent timely coaching guidance assists strengthening product knowledge identifying customer needs educates advises on consumers business products services including loan deposit types assisting annuities life insurance ensures optimal experience handling transactional needs greeting processing transactions ensuring banks when where how they want resolves escalated issues provides counseling needed with senior leadership Human Resources , Maintains relationships Line Business partners referring complex financial goals recognized follows completes individual duties specific role Branch Manager ensures all associate complete delegated operational risk management duties assigned member branch sound banking managing reporting risks , +< h2 >+Desired requirements+ h3 > ul >< li >High School Diploma or GED / li >< li >Three (3) years of Financial Services sales sales management experience / li >< li >Expected obtain active Life Insurance License within first twelve months maintain continuing education licensing requirements / li >< lI Ability work Saturday as needed/ lI >
