System Administrator Level 2

Joe Laskowski / / Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a System Administrator Level 2 to provide the following capabilities: Implementation, in -depth troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
Manage daily activities, configuration and operation of IT systems
Assistance to users accessing IT systems
Tier I (Help Desk) & Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution Escalation and communication of status to management & internal customers
Optimization of system operations & resources
Configuration/Management of UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems Requirements TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
10 years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type & complexity Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree Preferred SQL or other database experience
Web development (JAVA, HTML)
