Key Responsibilities:

Major Gifts:
Cultivate relationships with major donors and philanthropic foundations.

Events:
Plan and execute seamless fundraising events, collaborating with the marketing team.

Individual Donors:
Engage and retain individual donors through personalized cultivation plans.

Legacy Giving:
Develop and promote legacy giving programs.

Capital Campaigns:
Lead and manage campaigns for organizational growth.

Foundation Grant Giving:
Research, identify, and pursue foundation grants aligned with CIF's programs.


Qualifications:
10+ years of fundraising and development experience.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a proven track record in fundraising and development.
Proficiency in research, database management, and communication skills.
Commitment to CIF's mission and values.
