We are seeking dedicated professionals for the role of phlebotomist at the Federal Correctional Facility working Monday-Friday between 6am-5pm excluding federal holidays pay is $28 per hour benefits include health dental vision insurance paid sick leave vacation and holidays job responsibilities involve performing venipuncture collecting blood specimens preparing labeling specimens following safety protocols maintaining accurate records adhering to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements requirements include high school diploma or equivalent phlebotomy training program certification preferred knowledge laboratory techniques excellent communication interpersonal skills ability fast-paced clinical environment attention detail strong organizational skills accuracy protocols strong analytical thinking skill problem solving team oriented able adapt change learn continuously improve patient experience quality care.
